Shipping.
We get your orders ready for shipment Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., taking a break on weekends and major European holidays. You can expect your order to ship within 2-5 business days.
Just a heads-up: these times might be different during restocks, new releases, or special promotions. Your order confirmation email will have the most accurate shipping information!
Delivery on all orders is free of charge.
How long your package takes to arrive depends on several factors:
Distance: The total distance between our location and yours.
Destination: Whether your shipment is going to a Finnish address (domestic) or an international one.
Shipping Method: The delivery option you select - Standard or Express (additional fee applies)
However, in all cases, delivery will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) working days from receipt of the order confirmation e-mail, subject to the availability of the Products.

Third-party deliveries
No problem if you are sending a gift or just need your order sent elsewhere! We are happy to ship to an address that is different from your billing address. Shipping is within European countries only.
How to track your order?
Once you get your tracking number email, it might take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to show updates.
