Cancellation of order

Only within  3  hours of having placed the order and the status of the order appears as  "Payment Accepted".  In this case cancellation is free of charge.

Product returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order is not quite right, we are glad to provide a refund, exchange, or replacement. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging intact (including any cellophane wrap). Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

In case your order is faulty or damaged, there are no return expenses for customers (Note that the product must be returned right away to the courier without being opened. Applies to home deliveries/in person pick-up).

To arrange a return, simply email customers@swansentiments.com within 14 days of delivery for authorization and approval.

Defective products

Before accepting your delivery, be sure to inspect the package for any damage or signs of tampering.

Should you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or appears to be faulty, it is important to report it within 2 days of delivery. Please contact our team at customers@swansentiments.com. We will then initiate a complaint to determine the courier's responsibility and assess the damage. To assist with this process, please attach a digital image of the damage to your email.

We will carefully inspect all returned items to determine if a product claimed to be damaged or defective was indeed so when it was originally delivered.

Please do not destroy or dispose of any product—even if you think it is faulty—before speaking with our Customer team, as this could impact your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
