How long does the shipping take?
All the orders are shipped across Europe from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Expect your orders to be processed and packed in 2-5 business days.

What is your return policy?
All orders may be cancelled free of charge within first 3 hours since you placed an order.
In case of any faults to your order, immediately contact Customer service.
For you to return items and get refund flawlessly, be aware that all the products must be in original packagings(incl. cellophane wrap).
Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

What is refund time estimate?
